Delmarva Town Crier is fully operated by Steven G. Atkinson of Chestertown, Maryland.
Recently I announced that I am going to seek the office of Kent County Commissioner. It will be my attempt to keep political commentary out of this site. For this reason it is my intentions not to place any items onto this site that may be political in nature unless they are supplied to me by another or via a PSA or Press Release.
However since I also operate ShoreToBeFun.com, which is a tourism themed site, I will be voicing comments and opinions about and promoting tourism on the Delmarva Peninsula.
In the past I have posted news items related to Kent County that came from meetings I have attended as a private citizen. Since it would be impossible for me not be attending these types of meeting in Kent County and to a lesser degree Queen Anne’s, Cecil and Caroline Counties in Maryland and Kent County Delaware as a candidate, I will not be posting first hand news for these counties. Again unless presented to me by another means.
